Why Sitting Down Destroys You - "IF YOU DO NOTHING ELSE TODAY, WATCH THIS!"
This is so powerful, anyone that knows me or my martial arts instructors will have heard me or them talking about this! Structure, Form and functional movement.
Think you can Squat? You should be doing it more, not what you see the YOUTUBE girls doing, sticking their butts out in an unhealthy way!!! Low and functional, none of this bum sticking out rubbish.
