Ingredients makes 6 tarts :
- 6 x All Butter Pastry Tartlets
- 55g Dark Chocolate (70% Cocoa or higher)
- 24 whole Macadamia Nuts
- 6 x Raspberries
- 36 x Blueberries
- 2 Scoops Muscle Mousse (Chocolate)
- 150 ML Filtered Water
What You Will Need :
- A Mixing Bowl
- Measuring Cup
- A Food Processor / Blender
So simple to make that my 4 year old niece made most of this. Although she didn't want to lick the bowl because....Quote Safia
"I don't want big muscles like you Uncle Craig, Ok?"
Not only are they delicious and simple to make but they won't have you falling too far off the health wagon on Christmas Day.
Cooking Instructions
- Blend the Dark Chocolate and Macadamia nuts in the food processor until coarsely ground. (You can fine ground this if you don't like chunks).
- In the mixing bowl whisk the 150ML of water with the two portion scoops of Muscle Mousse chocolate, until there are no lumps and its a smooth fluffy consistency
- Mix the ground Dark Chocolate and Macadamia nuts into the Mousse mix and stir until even mix through the whole mixture.
- Scoop the mixture evenly into the 6 all butter pastry tartlets.
- Decorate with Raspberries and Blueberries (Other Fruit can be used but these berries are antioxidant and key tone fruits)
- Put in the fridge for a minimum of 30 minutes to allow the mousse to set.
- Eat and Enjoy maybe with a lashing of single cream.
