Its quite rare for the calisthenic authorities to talk or explain things to the beginners. Often this leaves a lot of inspired individuals looking at these workouts thinking "I want to be able to do that" however very few complete zero to hero systems exist.
Using just the body weight has so many benefits for the body including;

- Added Strength gains
- Lean Physique
- Sustainable results
- Boosting the naturally occurring dominant hormone
- Flexibility
- Range of motion
